Well we've finished the 10 days of antibiotics and Peanut claims her ears no longer hurt. She seems to be hearing us alright too. So I suppose she's better, cross your fingers.
We're looking at preschools for her for this fall. We are going to go visit one tomorrow. Not really too many choices, it being a small town (population 12,000 or so) and all. Looks like we won't be able to do Montessori, which is a pity, especially since I'm sort of midway between cities where my mom runs one and where my old preschool teacher, who is a family friend, runs one (both are just too far away though).
Jen's ears are still a bit stuffy, but no longer hurt.
My finger has healed up where I cut it, and my thumb is working on getting better. So all good news.
Now if I could just get the company that is supposed to come out and fix my retaining wall to answer their phone, that would be good.
