A week passed and I was back on the work mill. My right knee has been rubbing hard as I climb the stairs and so I booked an appointment with the Sport Medicine And Surgery Clinic at TTSH.

It's Labour Day again. A public holiday again.

Had returned to PT finally yesterday.

DAY 24 of PT: 30 apr 07, mon 530pm

Back for PT again yesterday. Yeah!

Was just a little early before PT and went cycling on the bike. the knees felt stiff n weird but i just kept on cycling. And then the body just seemed to warm up with the rotations. :)
