Spent a whole morning at TTSH. Started with Zaki the therapist who spent the time teaching me 4 stretching and strengthening exercises. Saw the doc for the analysis and the verdict was my right knee was ok wirh mild wear-and-tear on the outer cap. my inner thigh is too weak thus causing 'abrasion' to the outer knee cap upon movement esp ( Read more... )

I love shopping. But 7 places in 5 days for work? I ended up with sore feet, a stretched neck (from oogling at the window displays) and a worrying heart wondering if everyone in class was safe each time. I visited a new mall tho. ;) And Tampines 1 was only so-so.

AFTER THOUGHT:

One great lesson learnt through this trip is the virtue of adaptability.

Me being the go-getter RARA kind once I made up my mind...I'd just do it. 'COS I ain't a rash person! FOR I would have done my 'homework/research/groundwork' before i ever come to any conclusion! ....so I have confidence in my decision. I do my homework before I ( Read more... )

Day 1
We left Singapore for Mersing, Malaysia by coach just after dinner time on Friday. The 4-hour road trip was nice. We reached Mersing jetty around midnight...only to find the boat not there. Missing! Can't reach us 'cos of low tide. ......And so, we waited,

It's long known that high consumption of instant noodles can be harmful to health. (Well, it's the same with any other thing, actually. Moderate is still the best way!)

Time flies and work has started for me since Mon.

Have been living on 4 hours of slumber and urgent manuscripts the past days. Severely deprived of sleep. *Shacked!*

Am glad I had a skipppy good time over the weekend tho'! :)

For quite a while, I've switched to soy milk as a regular beverage, instead of full-cream milk or low-fat milk.

It tastes just good and nutritious too!

The last visit to the supermarket brought new surprises! :)
