I had a decent night at work tonight, which got me in a good working mood when I got home.  I crocheted another entire panel of the afghan I'm making for Nate, which means it's now 3/4 or 3/5 done, depending on whether I decide to make it eight or ten panels wide.  I might go nine, just to be different ( Read more... )

My mom really liked a picture she saw of one of my recent paintings, a blossoming tree at night in the snow.  I, however, wasn't a big fan of that painting.  It had no shading on the trunk or branches, there was hardly any atmospheric perspective and something about it just wasn't balances.  So I decided to do Version 2.0 for my mom for Mother's ( Read more... )
