Emergency Question!!!

Can anything be substituted for vegetable/canola oil?
I'm making vegan chocolate cupcakes and I totally forgot I'm out of oil.
I have applesauce and vegan yogurt. Do smartypants bakers know if either of those would be an OK substitute? I'm thinking moisture...
