Jelly Donut Cupcakes
While bored this morning, I decided to attempt to make a new kind of cupcakes. I chose to try Jelly Donut Cupcakes.
The recipe says it makes 6-8 cupcakes, but I got nine. I made five grape and four strawberry, even though I'm pretty sure any kind of jelly would be delicious in them. Everyone who has seen them has said they're some of the most adorable cupcakes that they have ever seen (if you ignore the sports themed paper liner, of course). I plan on making them again, but I may adapt the cake recipe itself, because I wasn't completely happy with the flavor.
