INGREDIENTS
1 boneless rolled pork loin roast (2-1/2 to 3 pounds)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can (14 oz) whole-berry cranberry sauce - low sugar if possible
1/4 cup honey
grated zest from 1 orange (save the orange for garnish or whatever)
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1 packet of pork gravy mix
