Okay I'm trapped on the couch. My back is out again. I bent over to reach for something and SNAP. It's not nearly so bad as last time -- I can move, it just hurts. Today was cold. Pretty much the first day where the high sat below 50. Katie, in turn, sat under a blanket shivering. It was 60 in the house most of the day.
