Life in the Big House
Remember that big house I had? The one that was too big? It's getting smaller.
So Katie (and her dog Frannie) are over all the time. This is a great thing. I've tried to convince her to move in but I think she wants a ring on her finger first. Even so, she is kind enough to come around a lot.
Last night I remembered I had previously told Ryan and Megan (and their dogs Caitlin and McDougal and their cat Copper) that they could stay at the house while their house undergoes major renovation in April, May and June.
Four people, five dogs, one cat. Luckily we all like each other.
This morning I recalled that my own house will be going through a decorating period in May as well. No major construction, but painting, new light fixtures, and the like. Jenn will be here from the 8th through the 31st to manage that.
At least the number of dogs and people will be evened out in May.
So, that big house, just barely big enough I'd say.
