Wow. What's happening to me. I'm the most unhealthy person, especially when it comes to my diet (or lack of).. with all my carnivorous tendencies.. and the last couple of days have been relatively healthy eating. Not that I made a special effort to, but it just turned out that way. Loads and loads of fish, some vege and not much carbs! Woa... And the strangest thing today was the salad I had for dinner. Tuna salad.. I never eat salads.. (well, I was too lazy to cook the pasta and ate the tuna which was already open, with lettuce instead)
Talked to S's friend who's this super-good boulderer and who's been climbing for 4 years coz I was freaking out over the comp. He was telling me not to think. At all. And to have lots of rest (I'm still aching from Tuesday night!) and healthy food (hahahahaha!). And to stretch out my currently very stiff and tense muscles. To take up yoga. Do light stretches. "enjoy the route........be one with the route...... or be one with the wall..... climb the route like as though u can only climb it once.....and never anymore again if u fall..so enjoy it!!!"
He was telling me about foot hooks too. Shoulds bloody hard. Hooking your foot up past waist level or around shoulder level. Wtf....
Dreamoblivion: You thought "the squeeze" was bad? These guys are worse. They play "fire chain". And yes, it DOES involve playing with fire.. right up your alley?
