Tired. Oh so tired. And emotionally drained. But that's what happens when you stay up late (or in my case, get up too early.) And well, pregnancy takes a lot out of you. I cry at the drop of a hat. Off to a bang up start with lab- skinned a preserved cat in A&P today. I almost got sick once and had to sit down. The smell of formaldehyde is awful. The carbon mask I bought helped considerably I think, though everyone else thought it was weird for me to wear it. So it's the day before my 8th wedding anniversary. I'm full of happiness and sorrow. Regret and remembrance. Hope and despair. All I can say is it's been worth the trip, but I have hope for a much greater payoff in the end ( Read more... )

I got this LJ whatchamacallit so I can write posts when I'm offline. I thought maybe it would increase my journal productivity, since when I log on, by the time I've read all my email and comments and responded where needed, I'm too tired to post. We shall see if it works.
