I'm starting to do some stuff daily. I'm going to say 3 good things about me and/or life and 1 detailed thing of stuff i hate and why. Its obvious why i would do the 3 good things. But, the 1 thing I hate i'm doing because i realized, when I talk about it or rant or something, I feel a lot better. But, if I over do it, I will get in a pissy mood
