Thank God for husbands....
K, that subject is a little sarcastic, only because the only reason I'm up at this time after going to bed at quarter to four this morning is because Luke wanted me to come edit his philosophy paper before he went to class today. It's actually a really good paper and barely needed editing, and I'm happy to do that for him anyway but now, despite my droopy eyes, I can't fall asleep. So I decided to pay some bills and catch up with some of you instead.
Speaking of bills...our God is an awesome provider. We were so far behind on bills...they were just so huge and I felt like no matter how many tips I brought home, they just were never enough. But with the end of the semester fast approaching and a move two provinces west and three states south impending, we have been in great need of funds...and do you know what? I have made over $900.00 in tips in the past two weeks!! That is the most i have ever made in two consecutive weeks. And not only that, but five of those days, i rung out over 1000.00 cashouts, which means I'm entitled to $50.00 worth of gift certificates to my work. So luke and I can go on free wing dates with our friends:) And not only just in the money sense is our God an awesome provider. He has also sent us my parents (on Easter weekend coming up). And they are going to visit with us and they are bringing their pick up so that they can take a bunch of our belongings back to the island for us which is also an enormous blessing. (praise you, praise you Father....)
And I have been working a lot of Sundays recently, and the next two weeks coming up I don't have to work on Sunday!! I am dying to go to Church. Luke and I finally found one we loved last month and went for two weeks in a row, and since then have been so tied up with work (in my case) and final projects (in his) that we haven't gone. And now there are only two Sundays left here.
Oh! Did you guys know that we are moving to California? And not just anywhere in Cali...we are going to be either in Temecula or Murrieta, which if you pull out your trusty mapquest.com, you'll see are both smack dab in the middle of San Diego, L.A., and Palm Springs. A day trip away from Tiajuana, Mexico. I am soo excited...
Luke is the only one of the two of us who will actually be working down there too, which has led me to thinking, what will I do with myself for four months? And I have (at least for now) decided that I'm going to take up painting (which i love) full time...and try to get some galleries to carry my stuff!! i'm so excited I could scream!
but I'm tired and screaming takes energy....
i love you guys who actually stop by to read this:)

ps. you know what i am obsessed with? trying to win the rav 4 from Tim Hortons cups. My #1 pet peeve of the moment is when people don't roll up their freaking rims!! seriously...
