WorldCon continues tomorrow, but not for us: we’re driving home tomorrow. It was a crazy whirlwind four days, and we had a blast, but we are very ready to be home.

I’m sorry about the lack of updates. I know I said I’d do daily posts, but internet connection is pretty spotty, and we’ve had very little time for anything other than the convention. I’ll just promise that there’ll be full, detailed descriptions of WorldCon once we’re home.

Surprisingly enough, the drive from Boston to Montreal wasn’t too bad. We left about 45 minutes earlier than expected (I know, WTF?), and arrived more than an hour ahead of expectation (I suspect it’ll be worse on the way back).

This has been an incredibly stressful day. It would have been anyway, just getting ready for our trip tomorrow, without all the various small but significant things that went wrong. As it is, I feel more stressed out than I can remember feeling in a VERY long time.

We have very little time today to work directly on actual issues of CG today; it was our last non-work day before we leave for WorldCon so we had to make the most of our time to get ready. We went shopping, we packed, we cleaned. We got a lot done.
