Well, the Oz run is half over and I thought I'd actually post in my journal (wow.... there's a thought!) Oz has been a simply fabulous run. However, they are not Harry Potter (wow, that's a first) They are Wicked as pre my new background. They also are in such dissimliar styles that it's rather hard for me to believe I drew them both around the same time... Oh well, that's not important. Anyway, here you go!

Lots of art to share as I finally got the skecthpad and the digital camera home at the same time and found the energy to take photos (and fix said photos) of the pictures themselves. These are all on 9x12 paper, so it won't fit on a scanner. Anyway, here's what we've been working on in art!

Well, the quality is very poor, but I'm really fond of these two (even though I have yet to finish the second one!) and all I had was the cheap digital camera from Sam's Club (scanner is once again down) Anyway, I really wanted to get these two up, and I may replace them if I get better quality some day! Well, I got that thing colored, not that I'm terribly pleased with it, (I left out the visible foot almost entirely and photobucket shrunk it horribly!) BUt, I'm relatively pleased with the hair and skin tones. Look at the close-up of the face, becuase I'm extremely proud of the facial features, especially the lips!
