there were no calls for the last hour of the day so my colleagues and i spent the time trollololing and rickrolling each other. hijinks. ♥
so full. @__@ /ROLLS i went and met a friend in st. kilda tonight, where we talked about spiritual things. t'was fun, but FUCKING ST. KILDA, MAN. that GODDAMN HORRIBLE ROAD that's like five roads wide and branches into fifty bazillion roads. EVERY DAMN TIME i go down that road i end up getting lost and confused. WHY THE HELL WAS THE ROAD MADE LIKE THAT. WHAT KIND OF FABULOUS PSYCHO DECIDED TO MAKE A ROAD LIKE THAT.
also i am getting really irritated with melbourne and the tiny street signs which do absolutely nothing. a lot of the time, i can see the road that i am passing, but will have absolutely no indication of which road i'm currently on. which is the worst thing ever when i'm lost and trying to figure out how to re-orient myself.
paako is a champion. :D i drained her tank almost dry just doing circles in and around the city. she was empty when i had to go home. like, the fuel indicator was right at the bottom of red, and she felt really sluggish. i kept pulling over and yelling at people, "NEAREST GAS STATION; WHERE!?" somehow she managed to survive another half hour of me riding around everywhere. by the end of it i was basically, like, "C'MON PAAKO YOU CAN DO IT JUST FIVE MINUTES MORE, DON'T DIE ON ME NOW!!"
