your hidden poems written around the dried out flowers
GUYS, GUYS. counterattack and i went to ikea today. browsed for ages. found the most AWESOME drawing table, which i SUPER wish i had the funds ($380+, booo) and space for. it's adjustable, so you can fix the slant angle, and there's a little transparent area where you can put a lamp under it and use it as a light box. IT WAS SO GORGEOUS hrrghhh i cried inside when we had to go.
i did wind up buying a little bookshelf, though. also, a laundry basket that can actually fit under my bed. also also, little action figures. i got robin, and then i saw one of the joker, and was like HRRRGHHH OH GOD NEED. so now i have robin and joker glaring at each other from atop my bookshelf. i should take a picture sometime, robin's panties are HUUUUUGE.
but yeah. i cleaned out my room a little. still waiting for the posters i ordered to arrive, but right now i'm just glad that i have more floor space. it looks so much neater. also, having a bookshelf with all my books just looks so much nicer.
speaking of decorating, i feel obliged somewhat to mention poster revolution to you guys. it saddens me that they're not based in australia, since i hafta pay more for shipping costs. but if you're in the states, they've got some really good deals, and the posters are crazy cheap. i've ordered some in, not sure what condition they're gonna be like when they arrive, but hey, anything's worth a shot.
