у меня похожие проблемы, я недавно прочитала две книжки на эту тему, тревожность немного ушла:

"how to write a lot"
"writing for social scientists" by howard becker.

the second one applies to any field (i'm not a social scientist) and was a super interesting read, it really looks at the psychology of academic writing and shows what the fears are and how ridiculous they are.

Я читала "Как написать дипломную работу" У. Эко ))) немного не по теме, но мозги вправляет.
В статьях мне раздел "Обсуждение" самостоятельно не дается. Без старших пока не могу.
