Small semi Medieval society

I know that a lot of my friends are Medievalists, or at least appreciate Medieval things. I need input from people who I know think rationally about things. This is a list of necessary jobs in a semi Medieval society in a temperate climate and I am trying to make certain that I include all of the important ones. If you see something missing, please let me know.

Farmers: crop farming (wheat, barley, oats, flax, potatoes, onions), gardening (smaller crops) (onions, garlic, grapes, berries, herbs, carrots, celery, lettuce, brassica (cabbage, broccoli, etc.)), medicinal gardening (can be mixed in with general gardening, but needs mentioning), orchard keepers (apples, pears, cherries, plums), foresters (maintaining healthy trees and shrubs). Included in all farmer's jobs: crop rotation, soil maintenance, pruning, pest control, plowing, planting, harvesting.

Basic medicine: emergency (bone setting, childbirth), maintenance (psychological health, herbalists, dentists, general health), vets.

Loggers: everything from cutting down the trees, to hewing lumber, to cutting firewood.

Blacksmiths: tool manufacture and repair, tinkers work (repairing pots and pans, patch jobs), making nails, needles, horse shoes, plowshares, etc.

Carpenters: buildings, furniture, carts, ax handles, etc. Also, upholsterers (mattresses, chairs)

Spinners/weavers/sewers: spinning, dying, knitting, weaving, sewing, rug weaving, basket weaving (harvesting baskets, winnowing baskets, hats), felting.

Animal maintenance/husbandry: raising various animals (cows, horses, sheep, chickens, goats, rabbits), milking, sheep shearing.

Food production/storage: millers (grinding for flour and animal fodder), butchers, canning, pickling, storage, butter, cheese, milk and yoghurt, brewing/distilling (beer, wine, hard spirits and medicines), bee keeping (and other sugar production), bakers.

Animal by products: chandler, soap production, leather production (shoe maker, saddles, harness), bone tools.

Potters

Rope maker

Fishing/hunting

Power production: windmills, water wheels, pumps for watering crops, people and animals.

Child care/education

Stone masons

Well diggers/waste disposal

Stewards: record keeping, court documents, allotting food, shelter, seed etc, contracts.

Weapon smiths: swords, knives, armorers, bows and arrows, shields.

Military/police

Spiritual leadership: rituals (wedding, funeral, blessings), holiday celebration, advisers.

Actual leadership: judgement, dispute resolution, determining social/financial hierarchy, war, trade agreements, determining direction of tribe.

Not included in this list: silversmiths, musicians, storytellers, wood/stone carvers, quilters, glaziers, entertainers, paper makers, book binders, people who manufacture trade goods.

Thoughts, anyone? Please tell me what I have missed.
