I haven't posted in soooo very long, but for some reason tonight, I have the itch to write about my day. Maybe because it was close to perfect, and for little reasons. Nothing really incredibly profound happened today. I was just lucky to be surrounded by a bunch of people I care about. Today was fucking awesome. I love the small things in life :)

Woke up and went to class. That was all fine and dandy. Took a quiz and learned from my mistakes. After class, I went to Espresso Supply and picked up my homeslice, Mike. We went to the Old Town and had lunch and a beer while talking with Beth. It's stuff like that that made my day. Just sitting there, laughing and joking around with Mike and Beth. Pointing out to Mike that he had a crapload of pepper in his teeth, being referred to as "Quinn" when being introduced, just sitting next to him...I'm gonna miss him. A lot. He leaves so soon. I wish he wasn't leaving me, but if it makes him happy then it makes me happy. I love that guy like a brother. I know that that is a cliche but I truly do.

After lunch, I surprised Shawn with a malt. Dick's was calling my name, I hadn't had a malt from there in a while, and I knew that he was at home struggling with a sore throat. We hung out for a bit, chatted, watched some crazy videos from his weekend, and I got a great CD. Then I was off to hang out with Todd quick. I hadn't seen him in months, well, I hadn't actually hung out with him in months. It was really nice to be around him. It was only for an hour and a half, but things were as always. Comfortable. We went and played the fastest game of disc ever. We both kicked ass. I think that I impressed some random guys on the course too. Not too many girls are seen playing disc. Well, I can say that for the times I have played around here.

Then I worked a four hour shift at Wing Zone. Got to catch up with Katie Ball and left a note for Jacob. Found out that my friend Kristy's boyfriend is a boy who went to school with Jacob. Apparently Jacob is willing to hang out with us all if need be...and he offered. It was really random and nice of Jacob.

Then I came home, caught up with the roomies for a bit and had some soup with Shawn. It was amazing. It was clam chowder from the PCC up the street from my house. We bought some really delicious bread too. Later I found out that clam chowder is terrible for an ailing individual. Sorry, Shawn :( While making dinner, we all told stories and hung out in the kitchen. I love my new house. I love my new roomies. Then me and Shawn watched Soul Food and ate our dinner on the couch. Talked about our families for a bit. I miss mine :( Thank God for Shawn though, I now have a bedside table that is an appropriate height for my bed. It looks so miniature and cute now.

Shawn left and I had some tea. Me and Kirsten talked for a while and did homework. Now I'm listening to Mirah and am ready to sleep. Today was wonderful. Just a lot of little things that added up to a big, great day.

For those of you who are ill, I hope you feel better soon. And I hope that things work out in the end for you, missy, you know who you are.

Goodnight all.
