Went to Nashville to see John Mayer and Sheryl Crow. Got to see Joule, went to where she works. She brought me a drink called a twister, yeah I wanted more of them. She the brought me a mellon ball. So I have been going to the gym now for five weeks. At least 4 days a week, had to quit walking as much pulled a muscle in my foot. Still went to the gym though. I have quit Mountain Dews, and pretty much all fast food. So far I have lost 18 pounds and feel awesome. My attitude at work is still the same. Still trying to find a new job. So I got my car back 2 days after putting it in the shop. The Throttle Body had to be replaced. Its running better, I think better then when I first got it. We took it to Nashville, of course the main reason we went there was for the concert that was post poned due to Butch Walker being sick.
