So tonight I started going back to the gym. I went yesterday and joined, tonight Dustin and I went. So I have been going to the gym now for five weeks. At least 4 days a week, had to quit walking as much pulled a muscle in my foot. Still went to the gym though. I have quit Mountain Dews, and pretty much all fast food. So far I have lost 18 pounds and feel awesome. My attitude at work is still the same. Still trying to find a new job.
