For Earth Day there was a reusable tote bag contest at work. I decided to try making a plarn bag - plastic yarn. You cut the bag into strips so you end up with circles of yarn about 1" wide. Then you loop them together to make a double stranded plastic yarn. The bag took about 45 bags to make!

I finally finished assembling my felted purse that I have been working on. I like how it came out, although it would be even better if it were about an inch taller.
