The short story: we trapped a stray kitty and now he's with us but still very, very worried about *bad things* happening. He's healthy and allowing small pettings, however.

So, I was watching TV with the eldest and youngest--it still happens, oddly enough--in this cast it was The Big Bang Theory.

But we didn't have it on the DVR so we had to watch the commercials.

 We drove from our home in Connecticut to New Jersey to have Thanksgiving with in-laws this year.

Four kids, two parents, much worry about traffic.

The kids were well-behaved for the three-and-half ride. And, bonus, there was food waiting for us at the end.
