They're plasmid powers... I can set things on fire or turn them into a block of ice, or I can pick things up and move them with my mind, or I can even make a swarm of bees appear.

[He answers without hesitating, and doesn't realize it until the words are already out. Strange. He's spoken with this man before, but he doesn't know him that well...does he?

Either way, he shakes it off and quickly continues:] But I'd rather not use them if I don't have to.

I wouldn't have a problem with it, I guess. [Though he does wonder what a sixteen-year-old would be doing managing a bar...]

Plasmid powers. [That's enough of the truth.] Can't use them without EVE. [Which is also enough of the truth, as far as he's concerned, though he's sure he could substitute a hypo of the stuff with enough caffeine or a pack of smokes if he really needed to.]

EVE isn't a person, it's... It's this glowing blue stuff that comes in hypo needles. I don't really know how it works, but you have to inject it into yourself to use plasmids.
