A Simple Plea
Please take a moment and consider how you treat waiters at restaurants, and whether or not you consider the entirety of the job they have to deal with. In the US, a waiter's income is their tips, their employers are legally allowed to pay them a much lower minimum wage which is less than half the current rate. So please for the sake of human decency, look for reasons to leave more, not less.
