The view outside our front windows has changed again - since the 'pfffft' (previous entry), the BC Place Stadium Dome has been reinflated following its 'fart' two weeks ago. Usually the snow here on the West Coast is in the mountains - where it belongs. We rarely see it in the city - but this winter is different. Spring arrives here in February while, East of the Rockies, winter drags on until late April.
