Piper continued to dream. Even during office hours, she had fallen asleep and dreamed once more. This time, she was in Golden Gate Park. It had been a place her mother had taken her and her sisters when they were little. Of course, Piper was her current age in the dream. She'd been denied the opportunity to spend time with her mother at this age, so she was grateful for the dreams. As her mother smiled at her, there was a voice in the back of her mind, one she heard often this week.
If you dream them, they will come.
Piper awoke suddenly. That same peaceful feeling she had before was still there, but there was sadness as well. She was really missing her mom right now. Trying not to think about it, she resumed looking for recipes matching the ingredient she had already chosen for next week's class.
