Piper's mother was still very much on her mind. In fact, she just had a feeling she would be seeing her mom soon. The dreams pretty much revealed that much. Plus, there was always the peaceful feeling surrounding her.
Despite the pull towards the preserve she was feeling, she had gone home after office hours to clean the house. Not that it was dirty at all. She was just making it extra tidy. Cleaning was what she did when she was stressed and when she was expecting her mom, apparently. She only hoped her mother showed up now. Otherwise, she'd be very disappointed.
