You didn't mention staples; milk, butter/oil, cream, flour or any canned soups? the flavor packet in the ramen counts as bouillion, btw;)
One of my favorite pork chop meals is long braised in cream of mushroom soup, over rice- a cream sauce would do;) or you could make a pseudo stroganoff
Jagerschnitzel usually requires onions too, but the pork and tomatoes with the herbs would do..

but, you could grill them and serve with tomato rice (saute rice in the oil, add chopped tomatoes, then water and cook like pilaf or risotto), stuff them with cheese and/or breadcrumbs, fry and reduce the tomatoes in the pan with them to make a sauce, make pork croquettes/cutlets or pseudo parmesan, breaded, fried, and baked with a slice of your cheese, cook your tomatoes down a little and serve with the pasta, cut in cubes or strips and fry with slices of apple, or stirfry or broil with your salt and herbs, or marinate in tangerine juice and zest, saute then reduce the marinade to a glaze scraping in the pan drippings, again, over rice or pasta.

You could braise or simmer a couple pieces, slice thinly across the grain and serve on the ramen soup, with the pan juices.
Or, take your meat, precooked and sliced or stirfried, removed from pan and add cooked, drained ramen and a little water to deglaze the pan, then the contents of the flavor packet to ramen, stir to blend, and serve with the meat
Make croutons of the bread in the oil, top with chopped tomatoes, salt and herbs, sliced or grated cheese and broil for bruschetta.

Make fried apples, or rice pudding with tangerines.
