Comment: I'm sorry this took me so long to write! I sort of forgot about it. ^^; Anyways, this is a short epilogue that takes place twenty years into the future. I'll be writing an alternate ending to the last chapter. I'm not sure when it'll be done, so keep an eye out for it. :)

“How many times do I have to tell you that you look fine?” Uruha tilted his head back as he, once again, had to tell Aoi he looked good enough to leave the house. Aoi looked at himself in the mirror again and frowned.

“But you’re making me wear a dress. I don’t wear dresses, Uruha.” Aoi’s eyes turned into slits as he turned back around to look at his lover. If they were still kids in the hospital, Uruha probably would have been scared, but he knew Aoi wouldn’t actually hurt anyone.

“You’re my girlfriend, remember?” The taller man smirked when he received a sharp slap to the arm. It was a rule: since they couldn’t show their relationship in the ghost world as well as the human world, one of them had to dress up like a girl. Aoi said it would make more sense if Uruha dressed up as a girl because he was feminine, but Uruha said he was too tall to be a girl and that Aoi was also really feminine. In the end, Uruha had wrestled Aoi onto the floor and forced him into a dress, and Aoi wasn’t very happy.

“Don’t call me that!” Aoi snapped and grabbed the taller man’s hand. Well, if they were going to go out together, he might as well suck it up and deal with the way he was dressed. It wasn’t like he had never worn a dress before, and it wasn't like he would die of embarrassment; he was already dead anyways.

Uruha smirked cockily as he grabbed his wallet and house keys. Tonight he was going to be the one who paid for everything. It was his idea to take Aoi out to celebrate their anniversary. They had been together for years. Uruha had died almost twenty years ago, yet he still couldn’t wrap his head around the fact he was actually dead. The ghost world was just like the human world, in his opinion: their type of relationship still wasn’t accepted, there were people of all different ages, crime was still the same, and he still had to deal with police pulling him over because he had extreme road rage. The only difference between the two worlds was that everyone had a glow to them when they were in the ghost world. In the human world they lost that glow so they could fit in if they decided to materialize, which they didn’t do too often. Sometimes Uruha did if he felt like haunting the hospital he had died in. The story of how he was brutally murdered by two nurses was well known, and there were paranormal groups that tried to communicate with him. It amused him to the point he would show up just to scare them.

“I’m driving.” Aoi yanked the keys out of Uruha’s hand and proceeded toward the car. Uruha glared at the other man and grabbed the back of his dress to stop him.

“Pfft, to hell you are! Don’t you pay attention? The man drives while the woman sits there and yaps on and on about her day. That means I’m driving and you’re not going to argue with me.” Uruha stuck his tongue out and took the keys back.

“But I’m not a damn girl!”

“But everyone else doesn’t know that.” Uruha pointed out and pointed to the other side of the car. “Get in.”

“As the man, aren’t you supposed to open the door for me?” Aoi raised an eyebrow, but Uruha only shrugged and opened his door.

“I know you’re not a girl, so the Polite rule doesn’t apply.” The taller man got in the car and slammed his door as Aoi growled and did the same.

“You’re a real pain in the ass sometimes.” He pouted as he put his seat belt on. He didn’t know why he even bothered; even if they were to get into an accident, they would just phase through the windshield and get up off the ground.

“So aren’t you.” Uruha put the key in the ignition and started the car. “‘But Uruha, I don’t like to wear dresses~ Uruha, I can’t walk in heels~! Uruha, I’m a man, I’m not supposed to shave my legs~!!’” Uruha mocked with a laugh when Aoi slowly turned his head toward him like he used to when they were little. It used to scare the hell out of him, but now he just rolled his eyes and waved his hand in the air to dismiss the other man.

“How many times do I have to tell you I don’t sound like a damn woman? I don’t look like one either! You’re the one with the plump lips and doe-eyes. Lets not forget your thighs and great ass. You’re the girl in the relationship.” Aoi crossed his arms and turned his head to the side stubbornly.

“Actually,” Uruha slowed down as they reached a stop light, “that’s not true. Who fucks who? Hmm?”

“That doesn’t count!” Aoi whipped around with a finger pointed in Uruha’s face. “I never agreed on that! You just decided that was how it was going to be. You don’t even give me a chance! You just pounce on me and do as you please.”

Uruha rolled his eyes and focused on the road. “I’m just showing my dominance. It’s a man thing, you wouldn’t understand.” Aoi hit his arm and glared, but Uruha kept his eyes on the road. This was the part when he pretended like he was paying attention to the other man. Aoi didn’t even realize just how much like a girl he sounded when he was arguing.

“God damnit! I’m a fucking man!”

“Maybe if you’d stop bringing out your claws you’d be more like a man. That’s a really girl-like thing to do. You’re one step away from cat fighting. You’re already slapping me. What’s next? You’re going to pull my hair and call me a bitch?” The blonde laughed at the fuming man beside him.

“I don’t need to call you one. You already know what you are.”

“Ooohh~ That hit hard.” The man rolled his eyes and took one hand off the steering wheel to let it rest on Aoi’s knee. “You shouldn’t be so harsh toward the man who’s taking you out. This wasn’t my ideal way of spending our anniversary, y’know.”

“And you think mine was? I didn’t see myself in this skanky stupid dress.”

“Here’s the deal,” Uruha sighed and put his hand back on the steering wheel. He couldn’t believe he was even considering this. “if you stop complaining tonight, then next year I’ll dress up like a girl and you can pretend to be the man in the relationship. But that ends as soon as we get home. There’s no way I’m giving up my dominance to a man who has worn a dress for ten anniversaries in a row.”

Aoi slapped him again and pouted. “But that’s not fair! It’s not my fault you’ve been making me wear dresses for that long because you have a huge as fuck ego!”

“That’s my final offer. Take it or leave it.” Uruha grinned when Aoi slumped his shoulders.

“Fine, but I get to pick out what dress you wear. And I get to do your hair and makeup.” Aoi held up a finger because he knew just what he wanted to do to Uruha. He had an entire year to think of what dress to make the man wear, but he already knew the perfect way to do his hair and makeup.

“And you said you weren’t the girl…” Uruha shook his head with a smirk.

A/N: I wrote this quickly because I'm going out ghost hunting again. If there are any errors, I'm sorry. I may be writing another ghost-like story, but I was wondering if it should be Aoi/Uruha, Uruha/Aoi, or another pairing. I'll let you guys tell me.

Be sure to comment please~
