I got fed up with the two minor leaks on the downstairs toilet and went out and purchased a bigger adjustable wrench, plumbers tape (aka teflon tape) and some small rubber washers. A week ago, I got tired of the fucked up flapper on the downstairs toilet. It's the one repair I could do in my sleep. Went down to Osh and got me a flapper that fit.
