I had a bunch of lemons from my grandmother (What? She has a lemon tree.) and I just bought a pound and a half of filleted chicken thighs, so I decided to find a way to bring the two together. For Easter, I colored eggs... alone. Yeah, I know it sounds sad, but I wasn't. Friends weren't up to coming over and I wasn't up to entertaining.
