(no subject)
there's nothing like a bill in the mail from otterbein to put me in a good mood. not really though.
i actually don't even really care, the fact that i have school loans on my side makes me happy. even if i am up to my ear in debt (probably the non upside-down one), it will eventually be taken care of. righto.
tonight i worked 4-12, and it was surprisingly quick and painless (except i keep getting these awful paper cuts lately). i worked with 2 new ladies tonight, and they are both just learning how to do everything. so they would ask me for help, obviously....and i began to have enormous respect for any kind of teacher. i mean, gosh. you've gotta have patience, and be understanding, and nice, etc etc. i wonder if i could do it. hmm.
one of the most enjoyable parts of work tonight was when darja and her mom were pounding on the window trying to wave at me. it was funny, because later one of my coworkers said 'laura, who were those weird girls waving at you before?'. it made me laugh. i love darja and sylvia. more than 1 tall sweetened iced coffee with room for cream.
