Dear Dad,

Of course we know we’re smarter than this, that’s exactly WHY we didn’t bother trying. What’s the point of

Why does she always fucking compare us to Percy the others

You never stopped CHARLIE from going off to snog dragons, or

It’s not because we’re scared of failure, that’s bollocks not it at all. We CAN make our business work. It’s ( Read more... )

Oh, *LOVE* So very, very perfect :D

Hey, no worries, huh? You know how mum gets. I didn't even tell her i got into the Romanian program for two weeks cos I knew it'd make her blow a gasket. She's been completely happy if we all sat around in a bunker fifty feet underground making crafts and having Family Time.

She'll come around. She knows Bill won't stop with the Indiana-Jones-ing so she picks on his earings, and she know I won't stop with the dragons so she bugs me to find a girl. Someday she'll figure out that you're not gonna stop with whatever it is you fucks do with the blowing-shit-up-ness and she'll find some other loving, motherly way of picking away at you endlessly, like prometheus and his big damn bird.

It's the family way, after all

Oh, Charlie is such a good big brother. Wish I had one like him!

*laughs, disbelievingly* You took off for Romania without telling Mum at all? That must've taken balls.

*nods glumly* Yeah, s'pose so.

*drawn-out sigh* Just for now, I think GeorgeandI'd better stay in her good books. In case she actually explodes or something. *grins* Even Dad's scared of her.

*grins proudly* Yup. More stupidity than balls, maybe. Or fear. Fear can be inspiring. I'd rather face a dragon than mum in a Mood.

GOODBOOKS?! YOU!? *gives him a suspicious look* What are you planning? You know you shouldn't actually burn down the school or anything, right?

*looks innocent and angelic* Not planning anything, Charlsie.

*in an undertone* And we'd never burn down the school. It's far too cliche.

*grins weakly back at Ange* Hey. Yeah, I'm ace. *expression says otherwise*

Just home stuff.

Ace. Right.

*quieter*
I'll always listen.

*refuses to let himself get down* Mum's still fussed about our OWL results, that's all.

*quickly changing the subject* How'd you do?

Your brother snogs dragons? I must say that's rather a relief. We certainly don't want any more Weasleys, and I suspect that should he try and mate with a dragon, it wouldn't be very successful.

*warms to the idea* Or maybe you'd just get Weasleys that could breathe fire. That'd be brilliant.

Charlie doesn't snog dragons anyway. I hope.

Or maybe the dragon would breathe fire on anyone who tried to snog it, and you'd have toast for a brother instead?

*doesn't find this very amusing* Hopefully he'd forgo the snogging, and just get the dragon to breathe fire on you. *scowls*

Must you keep coming back here? I'm sure we have our full quota of brainless redheads what with your charming youngest brother and delightful sister.

Well, I'd thought that the school had enough whiny, stuck-up blondes to be going on with, but you're still very much in evidence. Unfortunately.

malfoybrat June 14 2006, 19:42:20 UTC
Yes, well, your abysmal lack of taste is a fact lamented far and wide.
*more sharply*
And for your information, I am not stuck-up and I do not whine. Anyone who says otherwise will...*flounders for a moment* be very wrong indeed.

Very wrong indeed, eh? *raises eyebrows* I'm shaking in my boots.

*raises an eyebrow*
Oh?
*small smile*
You don't sound very ready....

*thinks about this solemnly for a couple of seconds*
*closes his eyes, as if concentrating hard*
*plasters a huge grin on his face, eyes light up*
No, really, I'm SO EXCITED! I can't WAIT for homework and NEWTs and everything.

*pauses, and his grin fades* Think that'll fool more people, then?
