During a visit to a known European food retail shop, it was possible to purchase coffee from Ethiopia, apples from South Africa, bananas from Ivory Coast, mangoes from Senegal, grapes from Egypt, all for a total cost < € 10.

How does this compare to where you live in Africa? How easy is it to obtain goods from other African countries? The question is important, because historically intra-African trade is minimal, yet is important to achieving mutual development.
