This is now the second week without a refuse collection by our local council, the same council that has the front to increase council tax by a further 5.2%. Bins are now overflowing and residents are piling up bags on the pavement. Such excitement for a Monday. My first visit was to Sheepcote refuse centre to deposit some, um, refuse.
