After a strenuous day and relaxing after, I decided to prepare a simple but delicious meal for dinner. I pan fried two salmon fillets, one of which has at least 50% missing in the photo. Of course. That finished up in one of Riley's food bowls and disappeared at some speed! I oven roasted some Mediterranean vegetables in olive oil and basil: courgettes, red onion, yellow pepper, red pepper, cherry tomatoes and garlic. The overall result was really delicious! perhaps the presentation lacks a few points!
