An anchor tied to your ankles as you sink and realize that all control is lost, and nothing is left, but hope and faith. When your life can take a different direction, when your life is at a pivot point how do you feel? Life or Death, amnesty or exile, what do you think of? When placed in this situation it is the nature of most humans to think of survival and as heavy as an anchor could be, you might still move it. You think of the future, you think of your dreams. Many times we are not the ones in control of these things, but rather others are in control and their decisions will dictate life or death, amnesty or exile. My dream is to be a servant of public policy, one that makes the right decision, one that fights corruption and promotes civil rights, one that promotes economical wellness, one that restores faith and cuts the anchors of elitist political groups.
Retrospectively thinking, the previous paragraph is probably the earliest form of my political career, of my political campaign, everything begins with thought.
Your humble public servant,
J. Coloma
