Im Yoona smiled slightly as the overwhelming scent of bittersweet coffee welcomed her when she stepped foot into the once familiar café. Their usual table was surprisingly left unoccupied as if someone had known beforehand that she would return today after years of mending. Slowly she pulled out the wooden chair that used to belong to her and as she seated herself down Yoona soon came to realized that pieces of the past were indeed still lying around for her to collect.
“Don’t you know? I despise coffee?”
She chuckled to herself softly as she drank down the burning liquid and let the excruciating pain take over once again.
“Forever? Is there even such thing as forever, Changmin-ah?”
If by any chance you walked pass the dusty window of the little café at the corner of the street, you possibly might have caught a glimpse of a petite girl seated alone with a broken heart and tears in her eyes as she took a sip of her coffee.
“Would you like a cup of coffee?”
Perhaps….another cup wouldn’t hurt.
