It was so cool to see snow on the beach!! But so uncool to be staying in a warm-weather insulated beach house during a very, very cold Pacific Northwest January. hehe

It was a great time, though... this little trip literally restored me to sanity!

Perhaps I'm a little premature with the "first day of summer" bit, when it comes to the seasons in our part of the Earth, but when it comes to the mood of Seattle's human inhabitants, yesterday was the "first day of summer."
