So on Christmas Eve johncoxon proposed and I said yes.

The rest of the Xmas holiday was lovely as well, as was New Year's Eve.

I spent the past week in Santa Monica and Palm Springs with my sister, her boyfriend and his daughter. It was a nice time and I managed to miss the rain by one day at every turn, Palm Springs in particular was very sunny.
