I came home this weekend and John changed one of the rooms from his climbing gear man cave into an office so that I have a place to do my work and file my stuff. And today he texted me more than usual and checked some documents for me (I can't open them on my computer because my Office suite is too old). I got a book on Aspergers from the library and read some of the revelant chapters- since he is 34, the ones on childhood treatment were not needed, unless we have a kid who has it. The one on relationships did help alot because it was exactly what I was feeling and gave me a different perspective. I have another one coming also that is just about the relationship, having an Aspergers partner, hopefully that will help too. I would really like to continue to learn how to better the relationship, because I am tired of feeling lonely because we have different ways of showing how we care.
I also got an inflatable penguin to put in the front yard. I am going to tacky this place up for the holidays.
