Had a blast tonight playing trumpet in the community version of the Duke Pep Band. jklGoDuke seemed to have a good time too and even Big-B got into it getting up out of the chair and bouncing up and down like the rest of the Cameron Crazies. :-) I'll have to post some pictures later but right now I'm trying to be able to hear better again. If anyone is watching the Duke vs Kent State game tonight on ESPN, watch closely when they show the band.  I'll be playing trumpet in it tonight. :-)  Since the students are gone for break right now, they recruit community players to come in and form a pep band.  This will be my first time and the only time I can do it this year, so we'll see how ( Read more... )
