I’m bringing some news of a Kickstarter project which I think is pretty cool and toy related. Luno the Moon Rover is the creation of Sergey Safonov, who really is an artist when it comes to toys. I’ve not been lucky enough to own anything of his yet, but he’s created great ( Read more... )

I just donated to this project after looking through Cheong-ah Hwang’s website, Papernoodle. She creates incredible paper sculptures and I wish I could see them in person to get the full effect. Also I wish I had the money to own one of her original pieces, but this project ( Read more... )

My Kickstarter project is slowly coming along and each time I get that little email saying I have a new backer, I get a smile on my face.  It’s cool to see that people do respond to my work and want to have a piece.  I’m surprised every time and not just in the context of ( Read more... )

My Kickstarter project has made me realize exactly how bad I am at self-promotion.  I knew it wasn’t my strong suit before, but it’s been hard to get the nerve up to put this one out there.
