He's not dressed too nicely, but not too shabby either, afraid to seem overeager, afraid to seem not eager enough - too cold, too hot, just right - finally settling on a
blue button-down, black dress-pants, and a matching blazer. He also has a
small wrapped gift and a
white corsage with him for her, hoping that it'll at least match a little bit. Not knowing what color she'd be wearing, he had to just... take something blindly, the mental process he'd undergone having been something akin to - if he couldn't match her dress, at least he could match her soul.

He's there on time - early, actually, around 6:15pm or so, with his car, of course. It's snowing - lightly - and he's standing out in the cold waiting there anyway. After all, he has a jacket.
