Well, it happened just like it would have any other time.
It was to be expected.
Even if someone takes any sort of interest in him - teddy-bear interest or otherwise - they're out the door and have forgotten him the second they're out the door.
It's predictable. It's also sort of ad, but he doesn't linger on the thought, instead, almost hesitantly, pulling the Sylar watch out of the drawer it's in and trying to make it work again.
It feels strange in his hands, alien and unusual, but he's back to the usual rhythm he typically accosts to quickly.
