Making me late for work
What? Go to work? But I didn't mention what went on this weekend in my LJ!
*********************WARNING ----- RANT ALERT ---- About my Weekend**************************8
Well, here is my suckfest!!!!
Friday night:
First, I worked late (which means from 12:00 - 8:15).. Which usually pisses me off. (but not too much since I won't have todo it again, and the last hour at the bank is really really slow)
Got to Adam's... managed to do nothing but piss myself off and listen to bickering about nonsense for an hour instead of relax and pretend to have a festive dork out. Never, EVER GOING TO DO THAT ON A FRIDAY NIGHT AGAIN! WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!
...get a call around 11:30 that evening too. My dad needs 500 dollars. Says he'll pick it up at 7:00am. I was going to go home that night anyway, but I planned on Sleeping until 12 then doing some dumb chores. I get a call at 6:00. I wake up and hand him the money I got before going home. I am half conscious because I got home at 4:00AM.
... 2 hours later, he needs another 500 dollars. this time, we drive to COmmerce bank... I withdraw more money, give it to him, and told him to stop driving recklessly.
... My phone vibrated every hour or so (waking me up due it some weird charger ring setting I can't fix) with TXT's from Joe about how I am a loser because I am not a Chachi who lives in DC getting all the chicks. (joe believes that Chachi's are perfect male specimens that get all the chicks without even trying because they are either really buff, really rich and buff, or jsut really smooth and buff, and spend all there time fucking in clubs or stealing wives)
Oh well, I can't win them all.
I'll be me and figure out where that gets me in life as it happens.
people make their own choices to do whatever they want, sexually or whatever. Some are healthy, some are not. When it comes down to it, unless the person is your signigicant other, you probably shouldn't ask or care..UNLESS it is thrown in your FACE, then you can care and tell that person off, and you AREN'T the bad guy for that!
Real Saturday:
I did chores, (some wash, light shopping, picked up mom's meds, mailled out packets via UPS...etc)
Finished around 5:00. Tried to contact Keith, since he was stranded at Adam's with a dead Cell phone. USed Hillary's house phone with her permission. Go there around 6-630... watched a SF Japanese movie at Keith fast foward speed (a two hour movie in like 15 minutes with Keith telling me what is happening) MIke and Steve came over to attempt to be less bored. I wished to go out, but was vetoed by lack of cash... AGAIn!!! SO, my Saturday was dying!!!! We made characters for almsot no reason to a game we might never play, we played simpson's monopoly when... Adam showed up! Our original plan was to check out BLEND, A "club" in Ridgewood, to see what it was all about. He complained about his face and promised me NEXt Weekend. I brought over nice cltohes that are still in his closet, so I have to get them at some point... GRRRR. So, instead, we got some Taco bell / Wendy's, played more monopoly, and called it an Evening.
Sunday. WOke up from Doug poking me. played a little Age of Wonders... mIke came over, played monoploy... DOug got some food for us.
went to see kungfu Hustle. Now, we al new this movie was the UBERSPOOF... but it was still well done (despite its references to loony tunes, gangs of new york, THE MATRIX, THE MATRIX, and , oh yes... THE MATRIX. I told Julie she owes me a dollar if the main character goes "whoa!". SHe claimed not to have made that bet. I said it didnt matter, let's see if it happens. heheh. Also, there was such a dumb scene about and attempted murder that made me crack up... I really don't remember laughing like that at a movie in a long time! THIS WAS THE ONLY PART OF MY WEEKEND THAT DIDN't SUCK!!!
...dropped people off, went to the closed BEST BUY... Went to WAL*MART. Saw A rainbow and took a crappy picture that I sent to some people. Found out that my Cop friend actually arrested someone during my Brithday Stupor! Not becasue of me or anything, just as he was gong home, he had to stop a fight.... WITH HIS GUN! (no, he didn't shoot.. jsut rheatened)
..oredered CHinese, watched family guy, and BLAM! My weekend!
I plan on that never happening again! THAT WAS TOO LAME when I wanted FUN and CHAOS!!!.... GRR!!.. there are weekend where I would prefer to save cash, but I usually do those alone... completely alone... THIS WASN"T ONE OF THEM, AND NEXT WEEKEND IS SURELY NOT!!!!!!!!
Still, I have had worse weekends, and i can see some happiness in everything. I am just a positive guy, even though this was a RANT that didn't look to good. Sorry!!
Okay.. now even if I leave right now, I'll only be 1o minutes late for work. Wait A second! I am still not in my suit! I'll be there at 10:20.... oh well.. hehehe
