I is for Indian food. Indian food is the easiest food in I've found to make soy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free and still taste fabulous. You have to skip the naan, though.

H is for happiness.

Happiness is watching your three year old running madly about the yard trying to catch the leaves falling from the trees before they hit the ground.

I forgot and went to bed last night before posting. Ooops.

F is for fidelity. I have faithful friends, a faithful spouse, faithful parents, faithful in-laws, a faithful Church...even some faithful neighbors. In an often faithless world, it is wonderful to be assured that there are people I can count on.

I'm kind of at a loss for words, today. Or, perhaps, ideas...

E is for escapism.

Yeah. Seriously. That's all I have tonight. Sometimes when things look particularly unsolvable, or I can't deal with life any other way, I escape on the internet or with a book. It doesn't make me feel any better, usually. But at least I've escaped.

D is for daughters.

I have two fantastic daughters. Both can by naughty, but for the most part they are wonderful! Every day they do something that makes me laugh.

Today, ES (3 years old) was told by d_84 that she needed clean Dorapants (disposable training underwear). So she went and put on clean Dorapants 'all by self'. When I went to undress ( Read more... )

Thankfulness Alphabet

One thing that I've been known to complain about is our health. Three of the four of us have allergies, either food allergies or inhalant allergies or both. When we travel somewhere, we often spend the next month to six weeks passing viruses around from child to parent back to child again.
