Day 5 (Monday):
Dinner -- Cheeseburgers with Fries and Veggies for dipping (and leftover green beans from last night)
Local content: The lettuce and tomatoes on the burgers (for people who had lettuce and/or tomatoes) and the cucumbers for dipping were from the local sources previously mentioned for them.
Day 6 (Tuesday):
Dinner -- Chicken Stir Fry with Rice, Berry Milkshakes
Local content: The bok choy in the stir fry was from the CSA farm and the celery and baby leek were from Potter Hill Farm. The chicken was leftovers from Saturday night (the local-ish Vermont chicken). The blueberries in the milkshakes came from the CSA farm, while the raspberries were from our own canes in the side yard.

Farmer's Market and CSA aren't until Thursday, and I am out of planned meals for the week. We still have one local tomato, some more carrots, celery, bok choy, lettuce, and a cucumber. I'm thinking of blanching and freezing the bok choy and celery for use when there isn't fresh local produce available. I need to get more freezer containers, though...
